Colombia Huila is back

Huila lies in southern Colombia, the coffee fields climb up to 1,700 metres. Because there are two harvests a year, the coffee always reaches us fresh.

We roast it medium: long enough for cocoa and cane sugar, short enough that the plum doesn't vanish. It works as filter and as espresso, which is why it is the default in the subscription.
